We sell extra virgin olive oil from our own production

We provide cans of 1, 2, 3, or 5 liters.
Milling Season (October – December)
Olive oil can be purchased by reservation every day.
Every Sunday morning, visitors can watch the milling process
and buy freshly pressed oil.
From January to September

By appointment only, the oil is stored
in our mill in a cool, light-protected environment.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Biancolilla & Nocellara del Belice
Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, obtained from a selection of Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice olives. It stands out for its harmonious and balanced profile, with delicate notes of fresh grass and almonds. It is smooth on the palate, with a light and well-balanced bitterness and spiciness. Ideal for enhancing traditional Mediterranean dishes, vegetables, fish, and white meats.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Nocellara Etnea
Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from Nocellara Etnea monocultivar olives. With a strong and intense character, it has vegetal aromas of artichoke and aromatic herbs. The taste is full and structured, with a lively but balanced bitterness and spiciness. Perfect raw on bruschetta, legumes, soups, and dishes with a robust flavor.

Our tradition, your oil

Our oil mill is located on the slopes of Mount Etna, near the eastern coast of the island.
Our olives come from the heart of Sicily. Our oils capture the scents of Etna and the sea.

We are easy to reach and happy to welcome you for visits, tastings, or to show our production methods up close.
