Dialogue and trust: the essence of our work.
The production process consists of precise and carefully controlled stages: olive weighing, defoliation, washing, and crushing, mainly carried out using hammer crushers (disc crushers available upon customer request).
The resulting olive paste undergoes malaxation at a controlled temperature below 26°C, followed by extraction and separation, in order to obtain an oil that preserves quality, aromas, and natural characteristics.
